My name is Avo Babian. I live and have a business in Area 5 of Sherman Oaks with Community Interest in Area 3. I have been a professional for 15 years and have had a business for 12 years. I love the environment of Sherman Oaks, and would love to keep that environment while helping beautify our neighborhood. I have worked on the Green and Beautification committee with the goal of making Sherman Oaks environmentally friendly and sustainable with a nice standard of living. I have worked on improving our LA River front area and to helped promote native gardens.  I have worked on the Traffic and Transportation Committee, to help deal with our traffic issues. I believe my experience along with my drive and motivation help me on the Sherman Oaks Neighborhood Council, to bring about positive changes.  I always make sure to listen to all sides of an issue, to come up with the best solutions for our community.
