Agenda Request

To submit a request to be considered as an agenda item at an upcoming committee or council meeting, please completely fill out the form below with as much detail as possible. Use the Upload Files feature to transmit and include any supporting documentation.

Supporting documents can be in the form of .TXT, .DOC or .PDF files. For determining the date of the meeting where you want your agenda request to be included, please visit the calendar page. In the request field, please use the exact language that you wish to appear on the agenda. It is important to make sure to include all your accurate contact information. Required fields are marked with an asterisk. Once we have received your request you will be sent a confirmation email.
