Art Fields worked for 20 years at Ervin, Cohen & Jessup in Beverly Hills, CA., where he was a Senior Partner and as head of the Litigation Department handled a wide variety of business, entertainment, and unfair competition cases in State and Federal Court.

 

He then co-founded TVN Entertainment Corporation in Burbank, CA., where for the next 15 years he served as Senior Executive Vice President and General Counsel of this satellite delivered, cable television programming and digital content distribution services company.

 

He has been a resident of Sherman Oaks for over 40 years, where he now operates his private law practice, handling business and entertainment litigation and advising business clients on their commercial transactions, real estate matters, and starting, buying and selling businesses. He is married to Soni Fields, has 4 adult children, and lots of animals.
