Committee Mission Statement
To promote public participation in City governance and decision-making processes so that government is more responsive to local needs. The Sherman Oaks Neighborhood Council has an elected governing Board with twenty-one members; five of those are the Board Officers (the Executive Committee). Community members are encouraged to direct general questions or concerns to the Board or Committee Chair.
